By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Finderverse is a location-based digital platform that allows users ("Hunters") to discover and collect digital assets ("Drops") at physical locations, and enables businesses ("Partners") to create and distribute these assets.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Hunter Accounts: For personal use to participate in drops.
- Partner Accounts: For business use to create campaigns and manage venues.
4. Location Data
The Service requires access to your device's location to function. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
- Interfere with or damage the Service, including through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, flood pings, denial-of-service attacks, packet or IP spoofing, forged routing or electronic mail address information, or similar methods or technology.
- Attempt to spoof your location or use automation tools to collect Drops.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Finderverse and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Finderverse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
